Hi! I’m Evardi Romano—a chef, dad of three, and the heart behind Evardi Recipes. Born to an Italian father and Lebanese mother, I grew up surrounded by the vibrant flavors of both Mediterranean and Middle Eastern kitchens. These roots have shaped the way I cook today, blending those bold, soulful flavors into quick, fuss-free meals that are perfect for busy families.

After studying at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, I worked in some of the most high-energy kitchens. But I quickly realized that my true passion lies in making gourmet food accessible to everyone. That’s when I decided to bring my love of food into my own kitchen, alongside my wife Amira, our three kids, and the chaos that comes with it.
