How do I contact EVARDI?

how do i know if my order has arrived safely?

We will send an order confirmation immediately to the email address you have provided when you place an online order. It will include an overview of your order with an order number. Contact us if you do not receive this confirmation. Contact can be made via contact@evardi.com. Please state your name and order number in all correspondence.

How long will my order take to dispatched?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

It will usually take 5-8 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@evardi.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your EVARDI. Please reach out to contact@evardi.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day timeframe, please reach out to contact@evardi.com. Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at contact@evardi.com and we’ll be sure to get you the EVARDI you ordered!

How can I cancel an order?

You’ll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section. If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, email contact@evardi.com and we’ll help find an alternative solution.

I don’t see the option to self-cancel! How can I cancel my order?

If you’ve placed an order contains a gift card, please email contact@evardi.com as soon as possible (including your # order number and cancel/change request) and we can help.
